Mariama Holman (she/her) is a Senior Director at CCS Fundraising.  She has nearly a decade of proven impact on the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and brings expertise in data analysis, operations research, and insights reporting, as well as a passion for problem-solving to her work. Mariama has worked with nonprofits across the country to advance multi-million dollar fundraising capital campaigns and design technology systems for fundraising strategy and performance measurement. In addition, she collaborates with the Cultural Planning Group to advise cultural plans for American cities such as Healdsburg, CA and Fulton County, GA.  Prior to working with CCS, she completed an MBA and MA in Arts Administration at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. During this time, she developed an interest in applying her analyst-mindset to advancing social and civic causes. In 2018 she was honored in the Bocconi for Digital Public Innovation Award Competition for planning a application for multi-modal transit. She and her team were also invited to engage young women interested in careers in technology at the UN Women’s STEM in the City Conference in Milan, Italy.  Mariama is deeply honored to have the opportunity to support the arts in her hometown!
