Ticketing Policies

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. Management will only consider exchange requests if requested at least 48 hours prior to the booked performance. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.

Class & Camp Registration Policies

• Filament Theatre reserves the right to cancel a class or camp up until one week prior to the start date. In the event that a class/camp is cancelled, a refund will be issued.
• No refunds are available if purchaser drops a class/camp except in the event that the spot can be filled from Filament’s waiting list. If a spot can be filled, a refund less a $30 administrative fee will be given.
• No refunds will be issued after a class has begun.
• Switching of dates/titles of class or camp will incur a $25 administrative fee.
